Saturday 19th July 2025: WattBike training coastal ride in Snowdonia
After a while a quick WattBike training ride on the Fulgaz course. Followed this with 30 mins of strength training.

Rowed to Marazion beach to take part as the safety boat for the Trilogic Triathlon club swim 🏊♂️ round the Mount challenge where 35 participants took part.

Wednesday 2 July to 6th July 2025: Trip to Bath & Loughborough for Murder Mystery on steam train with Dinner!
On way up to Murder mystery on a steam train with dinner in Loughborough stopped off for a Toot bus tour and walk round Bath staying at The Bird, Bath boutique hotel. The video pictures outlines this trip

Sunday 29th June 2025: PNPGC membership drive and Fundraising at Quay Fair Day
To raise funds and recruit members PNPGC took the gazebo onto the harbour on busy Quay Fair Day at the Penzance Golowan festival with a number of attractions such as longest distance to row on a C2 RowErg, guess the weight of oar and name the toy. Some of the winners below
