Just over a 1km swim around Trevassack lake with Fran followed by a brunch at the cafe




After a while a quick WattBike training ride on the Fulgaz course. Followed this with 30 mins of strength training.

Rowed to Marazion beach to take part as the safety boat for the Trilogic Triathlon club swim πββοΈ round the Mount challenge where 35 participants took part.

After the row went down the Longboat for a few pints π» then walked home and saw this view of lovely full moon shining on the sea on the walk home just past Penzance station


A evening swim at Trevassack Lake with a bit of coaching on open water swimming from momentum coaching

40 minute swim πββοΈ around bouys on this beautiful lake with my daughter Francesca being coached by Momentum
On way up to Murder mystery on a steam train with dinner in Loughborough stopped off for a Toot bus tour and walk round Bath staying at The Bird, Bath boutique hotel. The video pictures outlines this trip

To raise funds and recruit members PNPGC took the gazebo onto the harbour on busy Quay Fair Day at the Penzance Golowan festival with a number of attractions such as longest distance to row on a C2 RowErg, guess the weight of oar and name the toy. Some of the winners below
