Hard Row from PZ Harbour to Newlyn Harbour. Choppy seas in places but sunny โ๏ธ. Nice weather for a row. Cox: James, 6: Trevor, 5: Jem, 4: Jayne, 3, Sally, 2: Wendy 1: Me.







Warm up ride on WattBike following the San Francisco Harbour which reminded me when I was there several years back on a conference. Followed this with a strength session as shown below:

After going to Essex and back with no time to exercise had a lovely evening for a row with sunny and calm conditions. Two boats out and I was in Morladron. Cox: Wendy, 6: Kev, 5: Gillian, 4: Emma, 3: Jo 2: Me, 1: Alex. Followed by a few ๐ปs in the Longboat.


4km walk to Jubilee pool for a continuous 1km swim with a few drills included to improve technique but need to enhance these over the coming weeks.

Morning Concept 2 RowErg training rows

Nice training row on the RowErg at different strokes rates including 20, 24 and 28. Followed this with quick strength circuit with bench press, bicep curl, squats, side bends, minute Planck and 50 crunches.



PNPGC row from Penzance Harbour to Mousehole Harbour for the Festival and a few pints at the Ship Inn. Lovely ๐ day and reasonable seas. Cox; James, 6: Jem, 5: Trev, 4: Steve 3: Kev, 2; Me 1: Sarah, Pilot Wendy. We met up with some of the other members of the club and had a lovely afternoon before rowing back where I was in the pilot seat and Wendy coxed and James rowed
