Nice Fulgaz trail course ride on WattBike along the Fulgaz Canadian trail course but unfortunately it kept on stopping due to internet 🛜 issues and my real time was over 20 mins and probably 8km Followed this with a 2K C2 RowErg as below

15 min virtual C2 RowErg row of just over 3km followed by a strength session as outlined below:

Finished 30 second Plank and 20 crutches and stretching exercises for back and hips. Nice 👍 work out
The WattBike ride on a Fulgaz course along the Seine was 10 Km and just over 20mins at a speed of around 30km/hr. Unfortunately did not upload. Prior strength exercises as shown below from Strong.






Good 1st series of Virtual rows for 2025 at different speeds and distances. Just over 5km and a total time of just under 24 minutes. Total calories of 302. Good start and the base for great training future virtual rows in 2025.


Nice New Year WattBike ride along the Fulgaz Loire Valley arrived near Angers in France 🇫🇷. Followed this with 10 dumbbell 10kg arm rows and 10 barbell chest press 20kg.





20 minutes of strength training with barbell and dumbell weights. 5 sets with 5 actions
Followed by a 1km cool 😎 down ErgRow as follows:



Nice fast blow out ride on the WattBike on the Fulgaz Bavarian route in Germany 🇩🇪. Followed this with strength training with Barbell and Dumbell weights including Bench Press, Arm Curls, One Arm Rows and Side Bends.

Here’s a little information on Bad Hindelang.


PNPGC 10 km training row round the mountain. I was learning to cox on this one and did not row. Coxes; James/me: 6: Trev, 5: Jem, 4: Steve, 3: Tom, 2: Chris, 1: Jan/Michelle. Little Chop but nice row round the Mount into the Mount harbour but as closed made our way back to the Penzance harbour good start as a a new cox learning the ropes with help from James.
