After sometime only walking during the festive season with friends a New Year’s Day blast 💥 on the WattBike on a zwift flat route. Followed this with a 15 minute weight strength training session with the bar and dumbell

Short Pre- Christmas virtual ride on the Zwift Loch route before guests arrive

Nice 5km row before Christmas in lumpy seas and wind against us. Really good work out.

Short gig row round PZ Harbour with a mixed Scillies crew Cox: Wendy, 6: Tina, 5: Julie, 4: Steve, 3: Trevor, 2: Emma, 1: me. Couple of start practice and power in lumpy seas. This was followed by a couple of RowErgs below:





After some time not rowing 🚣🏿 the water did 5km virtual training row on the ErgRow. Tried a number of different distances at different stroke rates.
Short hilly ride on hilly Zwift course. Had a bit of issue with seat

Morning row with mixed PNPGC Scillies crew. Plenty of race starts, power and stroke changes and technique training in lumpy seas. Cox: James, 6: Jem, 5: me, 4: Tina, 3: Julie, 2: Steve, 1: Trevor. Quite nice to work out after long MTB ride yesterday.
