Evening row in a cold dull choppy evening. Trained on racing starts, buoy turns and good technique in choppy conditions in Penzance harbour – really nice session. Cox: Julie: 6: Al, 5: Emma, 4:Me, 3: Steve, 2: Jemima, 1: Jayne and Janice in the seat. Some great turns in the harbour opening. Cox Julie really worked us to improve our timing and length of stroke 😊👍
